Hedgerow Hut
You get to enjoy Hedgerow Hut, our first hut! Set on the fields edge, where you can enjoy the stunning views of the Preseli Hills from your own patio. As a little luxury, you can add your own dedicated hot tub and enjoy scenery or stars from there.
This a place of quiet tranquillity, where you can observe nature, or plan the next adventure.
Hedgerow Hut will sleep up to 4 happy guests, but 2 is best. It has a fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bathroom, Double bed on a platform, 2 single beds (sofas in the day time) and comfy chairs for admiring the view.
Skylark Shepherds Hut
Your holiday in Skylark Pembrokeshire Shepherds Hut starts now! This is the place to have breakfast while you gaze into Pembrokeshire’s Coast National Park, watch the occasional fox wandering over the field or a red Kite circling, while the swallows swoop and feast on bugs as you look over to the highest point on the Preseli Mountains (hills really but mountains to us!).
We have now added a field edge hot tub as an optional extra, an amazing way to finish a day’s exploring!
This is the perfect start to a day of adventure – or a day of soaking up the gentle quiet of nature – So …… when are you coming?
Why stay in our huts?
We have no shame in sharing our space with you. Time after time, friends and guests comment on the view, now we would like you to experience what we have for the last 35+ years.

Facilities: Each hut comes with 4 beds with bedding and towels. An excellent kitchen, complete with cooker, fridge/freezer and plenty of counter space. The loo and shower are en-suite. Both huts will surprise you how much has been thought through and included ‘Tiny House’ style for you to enjoy.
Outside are seating areas, BBQ/firepit, and an option of a dedicated hot tub for you to gaze at stars, fields and wildlife.
You have the freedom to explore the hedges for Blackberries, bilberries, sloes, hazelnuts, or whatever else is edible. There is a mown area for a kickabout in the middle of the next field if you do need to burn off some energy.
Please note, even though we allow dogs on the campsite, they are not allowed in the huts.
‘Brynhaul’ meaning ‘Sun Hill’ – is a tranquil, off grid, clover field campsite, that nestles beside hedgerows. Your heart will thrill at being this close to the Preseli Mountains, just two miles to the highest point in Pembrokeshire. A view that will take your breath away.

So this is Brynhaul Camping and Shepherds Huts: We believe it is the highest camping and Glamping in Pembrokeshire! You get to be one of the very few people who get to stay in a luxury hut, enjoying this quiet, seven acres of gently re-wilding clover pasture fields, situated on the edge of Foel Cwm Cerwyn (Preseli Top).
With only 2 luxury, self contained, shepherds huts you are guaranteed plenty of space. From either Skylark or Hedgerow Hut you enjoy panoramic views of the Preseli hills and the rural landscape of Pembrokeshire.
Having lived here forever!! We, have extensive knowledge and experience of Pembrokeshire’s outdoor activities, we are centrally located for all of its 186 miles of beautiful beaches, coastline and villages along with some of Ceredigion’s too. We love trying to make your adventure the best ever, so please ask us.

Things to note
From Brynhaul a short 15 minute walk gets you either, onto the hills, or into Maenclochog village’s café, friendly pub, play park or Sarah’s shop, well stocked with fresh bread, local meats and groceries. We are a short drive from Narberth, Newport or Fishguard.
